Mr. Muhamad Zuhair bin Md Amin Nudin graduated in Bachelor of Management (hons), finance from Science University of Malaysia (usm), Penang. He is a ceo and managing director of Setia Jaya Maritime Sdn. Bhd. And appointed since 2011 more than 11 years business experience. The subject company currently in 2nd generation. Mr. Muhamad Zuhair bin Md Amin Nudin is a business successor for their late father hand since 1974 in this industry. He is also as exco members of the stevedore employers’ association penang & province wellesley (sea) and members of malaysia penang malay chamber of commerce.

Ma’am Zainah Binti Ariffin is a director and shareholder of setia jaya maritime sdn. Bhd. She take over from her late husband, Sir Md Amin Nudin bin Haji Amir Aziz as a director and shareholder since 2012. She is a person who supports her late husband career and business from the beginning.

Mr. Mohd Rosman bin Dato’ Haji Abd Rahim graduated in bachelor degree of electrical engineering (hons), power industry from technical university of malaysia (utem), malacca. He is a director and shareholder of setia jaya maritime sdn. Bhd. Since 2020. He took over from his late father Dato’ Haji Abd Rahim bin Sheikh Mohamed as a director and his late mother zainab binti yatim as a shareholder. He is also as a director of highgard sdn. Bhd. He is experienced in constructions and engineering industry more than 8 years. He is now an endorsed graduate engineer (engr) Registered with board of engineers malaysia.

Mr. Vevaganantha A/l Ramachandran is a chief operating officer (coo) of Setia Jaya Maritime Sdn. Bhd. Who carry out the duties and responsibilities of the company’s operations to ensure that every operation will run smoothly and perfectly. He is experienced more than 30 years in stevedores business and company operations services. He took over from his late father mr. Ramachandran as a senior operations manager to continue the company’s operational duties and responsibilities. He is very honest and responsible person like his late father.

Ms. Ebriza Binti Md Amin Nudin is an account & admin executive of Setia Jaya Maritime sdn. Bhd. Graduated in bachelor of mass communications (hons), journalism from Mara University of Technology (uitm), Shah Alam. She have more than 20 years experienced in account and admin work.
